All Players are required to complete identity verification using a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) prior to making their first withdrawal and in any case within 30 days of Account registration. zh87 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time and to suspend Account access pending the completion of verification.
Each individual Player is entitled to hold one zh87 Account only. Operating multiple Accounts under the same identity — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding Wallet balance.

To register a zh87 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, a date of birth confirming you are 21 or above, and a secure password of your choosing. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zh87 Login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed and all funds deposited or withdrawn — will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your zh87 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zh87 immediately at [email protected].
zh87 support staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any communication purporting to be from zh87 that requests your Account password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
zh87 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the Player has breached these Terms; the Player's identity cannot be verified; fraudulent or dishonest activity is suspected; or regulatory obligations require it. In cases of Account closure where no breach has occurred, outstanding Wallet balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
zh87 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all transacted in PKR: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and general bank transfer from any Pakistan-registered bank account. zh87 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in the Player's own name.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to a Player's zh87 Wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between 15 minutes and 2 business hours to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing times. zh87 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All deposits to your zh87 Account must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. zh87 will not process deposits from accounts registered to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, the Account suspended, and the matter flagged for review. Players found to be using third-party payment methods may have their Accounts permanently closed.
zh87 does not impose deposit processing fees. Any charges incurred during a deposit transaction are levied by the originating payment provider and are the Player's sole responsibility. zh87 recommends checking the applicable fees with your payment provider before initiating a deposit.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name and matching the identity information on the zh87 Account. Players must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, except in cases where zh87 approves an alternative method in writing.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 3 business hours depending on the receiving bank. zh87 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM PKT. Withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks, including but not limited to verification that applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
Withdrawal of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Real-money funds deposited by the Player that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification requirements.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply and are communicated in the zh87 Wallet section of the platform. zh87 reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in multiple instalments where required by its payment processing arrangements or regulatory obligations.
All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, free spins, and other incentives offered by zh87 are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Bonus Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a minimum number of times — as specified in the relevant promotion — before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; exploiting promotional terms through low-risk hedging strategies; coordinating with other Players to collectively exploit offers.
Note: Bonus offers at zh87 are provided as a courtesy to Players and may be amended, withdrawn, or modified at zh87's discretion at any time. The availability of a bonus to one Player does not create an entitlement to the same bonus for any other Player.
Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms. Upon expiry, unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are forfeited without recourse. It is the Player's responsibility to be aware of the expiry terms applicable to any bonus credited to their Account.
All bets placed on zh87's sports betting and cricket betting markets are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. zh87 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. A bet is not accepted until confirmed by zh87's system and a bet reference number has been issued.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the platform at the time of bet placement. zh87 reserves the right to apply individual Player betting limits without prior notice where fraud, abuse, or unusual betting patterns are detected.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to technical error, data feed error, or operator error — zh87 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Wallet. zh87 will not honour winnings derived from manifest pricing errors.
For PSL, international test matches, One Day Internationals, and T20 matches listed on zh87, the following specific rules apply: a match must be completed per official playing regulations for standard match result markets to be settled; in-play betting markets are suspended during reviews, interruptions, and official timeouts; ball-by-ball markets are void if the ball is declared a dead ball or a no-ball affects the stated outcome.
